OBITUARY Dianne “Grannie” Bell September 24, 1951 – October 23, 2018 Elizabeth Dianne “Grannie” Bell went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2018. She was born in Dallas, Texas on September 24, 1951 to Jim Donald Newton and Deloris Elizabeth Summers Newton. She is preceded in death by her parents; her son Chad Wheeler and her brother Rickie Newton.

Those left with cherished memories are her husband of 31 years, Roy Bell; her daughter Lisa Hyder and husband Eddie; her brother Donald Newton; her sister Donna LaCour and husband Bruce; grandchildren Quinton Williams, Qualin Hyder, Sean Wheeler, Shelby Wheeler and Megan Williams; 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family loved ones. Grannie loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren. She loved to spend time with them and spoil each of them.

She also enjoyed cooking. She was a great cook and love family gatherings and holidays so she could cook for everyone. Desserts were her specialty and she made the best.

No one ever left Grannies house without eating something. She always made sure everyone was fed. Grannie is loved dearly and will be greatly missed.

A service to celebrate Grannie’s life will be at 2:00 pm. Monday, October 29, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Please leave condolences for the family at www.
