Obituary for Dolly Kieffner Dolly L. Kieffner, age 88 of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper. She was born on September 26, 1930 at Havre de Grace, Maryland to Thomas and Louise (Dean) Leonard. Married Charles L. Kieffner on September 5, 1953 at Aberdeen, Maryland.

He preceded her in death on April 13, 2016. Dolly and her late husband Charles were charter and founding members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jasper. She was a homemaker and member of Women of the Moose and Auxiliary member to American Legion Post 147.

Surviving, Two sons, Steven Kieffner and his wife, Sara, Edgewood, KY Scott Kieffner and his wife, Rebecca, Bloomington, IN Four grandchildren, Brittany Bagbey, Benten Kieffner, Chelsea and Chasen Kieffner. Four great grandchildren, Keaton and Keeley Bagbey and Londyn Smith-Kieffner and Riley Kieffner. Two sisters, Evelyn Rinehart, Shirley Dotson and two brothers, Edward “Bud” Hoover and William Hoover all of Aberdeen, Maryland.

Funeral services for Dolly Kieffner will be held at 12:00 p.m. noon Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jasper with burial to follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery in Haysville, Indiana. Rev. Adam Ruschau will officiate.

Visitation will be held one hour before service time at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jasper. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jasper. Upcoming Events Visitation , DEC 22.
