Dolores’ Obituary Dolores H. Zuchak, 90, formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at the Samaritan Center, Voorhees, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Dolores resided in Cherry Hill for 53 years, before moving to Shamong to be with her daughter. She retired from Dolly Madison Ice Cream in Philadelphia, PA.

After retirement she enjoyed spending time at home with her family. Wife of the late Harry Eugene Zuchak; she is survived by her loving daughter, Kathleen Patricia Zuchak; her sister, Jeanne Bertino; her brother, Ronald Woodhull (Kathryn); and several nephews. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday, May 6, 2019, from 9-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30AM, at the Church of the Holy Eucharist, 520 Medford Lakes Rd. , Tabernacle, NJ. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery at Kirby’s Mill, Medford, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dolores’ memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
