Dolores “Totsie” Keller Geier March 24, 1924 – February 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Totsie passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the age of 94. She was a native of Norco, a longtime resident of Plaquemine and 20 years in Brusly. Totsie was a retired Payroll clerk with JP Messina Trucking.

Visiting will be on Saturday, February 9th, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly, 402 South Kirkland Drive, Brusly, LA from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Matt Lorrain. Burial will follow in Grace Memorial Park in Plaquemine.

Totsie is survived by her three children and their spouses, John and Jerry Geier of Port Allen, Dr. Robert and Carrie Geier of New Roads, and Patti and Michael Young of Chapel Hill, NC; sister, Marion Wright of Norco; 8 grandchildren, John Geier Jr. and wife Aimee’, Jeremy Geier, Jason Geier, Eliza Basehoar and husband Andy, Robert Geier Jr. and wife Callie, Edward Geier and wife Nicole, Meredith Young and Miranda Young; 9 great-grandchildren. Totsie was preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Geier; two sisters, Gladys Lowry and Lucille Ayme; a brother, Ivan Keller. Totsie was an avid bowler and all around sports enthusiast.

We would like to thank the Pointe Coupee Health Care staff for the exceptional care and love shown to our mother, during her stay with them. Also, thanks to Pointe Coupee Hospice and Dr. Paul Rachal.
