He never married and had no children. He is survived by his siblings, Mary Ann Palmer, John Raymond Perez, and Cipriano Perez. The family will receive other loving relatives and friends on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 12:00 pm at San Jacinto Funeral Home 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015.
