Obituary for Donald Clifton Vaughn Jr Mr. Donald Clifton Vaughn, Jr., 40, of Indian Land, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018. He was born September 10, 1978 in Lancaster, a son of Donald Clifton Vaughn, Sr. and Patti Snipes Vaughn.

Cliff was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Having lived most of his life in Lancaster, he was an avid baseball player and fan, as well as a devoted Carolina Gamecock fan. Full of an energetic personality and a witty sense of humor, Cliff enjoyed spending his time being with his friends and loved ones, as well as coaching baseball.

He invested the majority of his time and devotion to his family, for his family was the most important part of his life. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Vaughn will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 3 p.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel McMakin officiating.

Mr. Vaughn is survived by his wife, Laurie W. Vaughn; a daughter, Emily Virginia Vaughn and a son, Christian McGowan Vaughn both of the home; his parents, Donald Clifton Vaughn, Sr. and Patti Snipes Vaughn of Lancaster; a brother, Jason Lee Vaughn and his wife Jill of Simpsonville; a sister, Christy Ann Vaughn of Lancaster; his grandmother, Ivalee Virginia Vaughn of Lancaster; and his nieces and nephews, Ava Jane Vaughn Aaden Vaughn, Lynch Vaughn, Elizabeth Steen, Lauren Steen, Grayson Vaughn, Sarah Elizabeth Wendt, Brooke Wendt, and Colton Wendt. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home. Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Vaughn.
