Lewis, Jr., 75, of Chillicothe, died 8:35 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2019 at his residence following a brief illness. He was born August 12, 1943, in Chillicothe, to the late Donald E. Sr. and Evelyn Moore Lewis. Surviving are many friends, including Amy Secrest, of Chillicothe, Ed Secrest, of Frankfort, Kenneth Secrest, of Chillicothe, Angel and Brandon Mossbarger, of Chillicothe and Joe Morrison, of Chillicothe.

Donald was in the Easter Seals Day Program. In keeping with his wishes, Donald will be cremated. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
