OBITUARY Donald G. Hutsell “Pop” March 9, 1941 – September 5, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Donald Gene Hutsell (Pop) age 77, of Orlando, FL, passed away September 5th, 2018, with his family at his side. He was born on March 9, 1941, in Orlando, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn and Jessie Hutsell; brother, Bill Hutsell; and granddaughter, Shelby Anne Brown.

Don was the devoted husband of Judy Evans Hutsell for more than 56 years and is survived by daughters Lori Burroughs (Joe), Julie Brown (Wes), and Chelle Kozy (Alan). He is also survived by grandchildren, Ashley Denny (Jordan), Kenneth Austin II, Daniel Kozy (Kristen), Chas Burroughs (Sarah), Kortney Burroughs, Allison Kozy, Madison Wood (Daniel) and Wesley Brown II. He was also blessed with 4 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Cooper, Dylan and Beckham, who all loved him dearly.

He also leaves siblings Franklin D Hutsell (Cheryl), Margaret Matlack (John), Marilyn Taylor (Bob), Barbara Warren and sister-in-law Barbara Ann Hutsell, as well as many nieces and nephews whom he loved. Don worked in transportation for Greyhound Corporation, Orange County Public Schools, and was a small business owner for many years in the Orlando area. All who knew him knew that he loved God and his family passionately.

He was involved in church work for his entire adult life, both in Atlanta, GA and here in Orlando. He loved softball, which he played and coached for many, many years. The stories of softball games and those that he played with and coached, entertained all who heard them.

Pop was a master storyteller and loved to stretch those stories as long as he could! In his later years Pop developed a love for the flea market. If you needed a t-shirt or a pair of socks or leather products, all you had to do was mention it in front of him.

He loved to help people in any way that he possibly could. He was well loved and he loved others. We know that we will see him again very soon.

He is missed already and he left a legacy of love through his family. We love you, Pop! FAMILY He is preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn and Jessie Hutsell; brother, Bill Hutsell; and granddaughter, Shelby Anne Brown.
