February 10, 1941 – March 22, 2019 Donald L. Fulmer , 78, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Friday. He was preceded in death by wife, Martha R. Fulmer, father, William Morris Fulmer, mother, Madeleine Fulmer, 7 brothers and sisters. Surviving are son, Michael L. (Jeanni) Fulmer, daughter, Michelle Fulmer Thrasher, daughter, Jill (Archie) Ritch, grandchildren April, Christi, Chad, Kourtney, Taylor, Alex, Devin, Nikki and Shelby, 15 great grandchildren, sister, Alene McWilliams, pallbearers John Shinklin, David Sigler, Taylor Fulmer, Devin Thrasher, Larry Dilworth, James Campbell, Chad Rich and Larry Harless, he passed away surrounded by family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday at 11:00 am with Bro. Harold Kelly officiating.

Interment will be in the Moon Cemetery. www.
