Donald L. Wertz, 70, of Williamsport, passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, at The Williamsport Home. Born Oct.

19, 1948, in Montgomery, he was a son to the late Robert Wertz and the former Betty Grimm. Also preceding him in death are his wife, the former Eileen L. Harmon on Sept. 2, 1979; three brothers, James, Sam and Robert Sr.; and two sisters, Dorothy Nash and Rena Wertz.

Don was an avid outdoorsman and he enjoyed spending time with his three grand children. He worked in food services at several colleges in the state of New York. Surviving are his daughter, Kandy M. (Robert II) Vollmer, of South Williamsport; a brother, Stan Wertz, of Williamsport; and three sisters, Judy McCollins, of Montgomery, Connie J. (Max) Bohart, of Liberty, and Vickie L. (Clyde) Tibbens, of Jersey Shore.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to either Susquehanna Home Hospice, 1100 Grampian Blvd. , Williamsport, PA 17701 or The Williamsport Home, 1900 Ravine Rd.
