Donald Ray Belcher December 19, 1945 – January 6, 2019 It is with great sorrow to announce that: Donald Ray Belcher, loving Husband and Father, passed to heaven and the arms of the Angels at 6:00 pm Sunday the 6th in the year of our Lord, 2019. Services will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home 11AM Friday January 11, 2019. Family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.

At the age of 73 he was survived by Terresa M. Belcher his wife of 38 years. He also was survived by Melissa Hersh and Ben Hersh. One of his much loved daughters and her espoused husband.

His stedfast son, Zachary Scott Belcher and his loving wife Sarah A. Belcher and his 3 grandsons, Joey, Wyatt and Elijah. Who gave time and love with no end. His family appreciates all of your prayers during a very trying time.

Don worked for the NCDOT for more than 40 years and retired at age 62. The Lord has blessed this family and he took Don to heaven in a blink of an eye. May we all be so fortunate.
