(Cobb) Craker, 91, of Corry, Pa. , passed away May 5, 2019, at home with her family by her side. The angels took her home to be reunited with her husband, Lawrence M. Craker, who passed away September 22, 2012.

She was born April 23, 1928 in North East, Pa. , to the late Howard and Louise Dye Cobb. Doneita worked at the Sunshine plant in North East and was the head cook at Corry Memorial Hospital.

She was famous for her home made pies. In her younger years, she picked grapes and tied grape vines in North East. She was a member of the Faith Evangelical Church in Corry.

Doneita enjoyed crocheting afghans, playing cards and bowling on the Tuesday Women’s league. She loved to cook and have the family over for cookouts. She especially loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed by family, friends and all those lives she touched.

In addition to her parents and husband of 63 years, whom she married on November 10, 1950, in North East, Pa. Doneita was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Cobb from Fredonia, N.Y.; and a son and a daughter in infancy. Doneita is survived by a sister, Leatrice Young and her husband Alton of Wattsburg, Pa.

; three daughters, Boneita Hoyt wife of the late Paul Hoyt, Linda Reed and her companion Dave, and DeAnn VanTassel and her companion Timothy; and a son, Larry Craker and his companion Patricia. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, Paula Arrigo (companion Greg), Kimberly Kimmy (Charles), Patrick Hoyt (Rebecca), Suzanne Lindstrom (Mike), Leanetta Reed (companion Darrick), Tiffany Reed (Companion Eugene) Nathan VanTassel (Jennifer), Michael VanTassel (Jordan), Gregory VanTassel (Rebecca), June Jones (Corey), Skylar Weed (Companion Stacy), Tandra Diehl (Cory), Dalton Craker, Shelby Craker and Johnie Craker; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call at the Bracken Funeral Home, 315 N. Center St., Corry, Pa.

, on Friday from 11 am until the time of the memorial service there at 12 noon. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, Pa. Memorials may be made to the family c/o Bracken Funeral Home, 315 N. Center St., Corry, PA.
