Donna A. (Seewald) Carlson, 86, of Williamsport, died peacefully Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at her home. Surviving is her loving husband of 66 years, Victor I. Carlson. Born August 28, 1932 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Fred Seewald, Mary E. (Eck) Shuman and step daughter of Royden Shuman, who all preceded her in death.

Donna attended South Williamsport High School and worked for The Mark restaurant in South Williamsport for 35 years. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, a charter member of Hyner Mountain Snowmobile Lodge Inc. and member of the color guard for the Zafar Grotto string band. Donna enjoyed going snowmobiling and camping.

She especially enjoyed being able to take care of her grandson. Surviving in addition to her husband are; a daughter, Sherrie L. Sargent (Steven) of South Williamsport; a grandson, Chad S. Sargent of Allenwood; and two great-granddaughters, Kaylee J. and Zoey A. Sargent. Donna was preceded in death by a sister Marilyn Shank.

A funeral service to honor the life of Donna will be held 11:30 am Friday, December 21, 2018 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street, Williamsport. A viewing will be held from 10:30 am until the time of service on Friday at Sanders. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
