Donna J. Brown, 85, of East Liverpool, passed away, Thursday, December 6, 2018, at the Salem Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Born, April 6, 1933, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Ida Mae McKinney Cline. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Brown and by two sisters and one brother.

Donna was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and she formerly worked as an office manager at Sparkle Market. Donna is survived by her sons, Ralph Seevers (Trish) of Barberton, OH. and James Seevers (Deena) of Lisbon, OH.

; daughter, Becky Mosura (Dan) of Industry PA. ; brothers, Victor Cline (Jan) of Shelbyville, MO. , and Jim Clunk of Columbiana; and her sister, Sarah Desimone (Bobby) of Hudson, OH.

She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Per Donna’s request, no services are planned and private interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery. The Arner Funeral Chapel assisted the family with these arrangements.
