She was a homemaker, caregiver and Mother. She is survived by her mother, Ruth V. Sedicum of Owings Mills; husband Thomas B. Surber, Jr. of Owings Mills; daughter Sarah Surber of Reisterstown; son Matthew Surber and his wife Carissa of West River, MD; daughter Emma Schmidt and her husband Aaron of Owings Mills; sister Susan Douglas of Owings Mills. Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, 12:30m at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD.

Family will receive friends from 11:30am until time of service on Saturday. Graveside service on Monday, March 18, 2019, 11:00am at Carroll’s Gill’s Cemetery.
