Somerville Funeral service for Donna Jo Cook Orr, 57, will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. James Glover and Bro. Glen Smallwood officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 7, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Ms. Orr died on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.

She was born February 19, 1961, in Morgan County to John William Cook, Sr. and Lela Mae Waddell Cook. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She attended the Living Word Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include: One Son: Christian Jacobs, Florette, AL One Step-Daughter: Tarisa Massey Custodial Parents of: Karson Brasher Two Brothers: John Cook (Michelle) and Tim Cook (Susan) Four Grandchildren: Jazmin Nichole Jacobs, Shayla Massey, Ashley Massey and Madison Massey One Great Grandchild: Christopher Blaze Pallbearers will be John Cummins, Keith Partain, Steve Fairchild, Barry Johns, Daniel Massey and Aric Alexander.
