Donna Lea Breiner, 59, Schuylkill Haven, entered into eternal rest Friday at her home. Born June 23, 1960, in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Donald C. and Ilene H. (Frankenstein) Breiner. After graduating from Pottsville High School, she entered into the Army where she worked as a finance specialist and a clerk typist.

She worked at American Argo, Willow Lake, as a trimmer. Donna Lea is survived by her loving partner of 38 years, Marie C. Whitman, Schuylkill Haven; brothers Donald Breiner, Auburn; David Breiner husband of Martina, Schuylkill Haven; Dennis Merryfield, Ithaca, NY; and Duaine Zanini, Schuylkill Haven. She is also survived by a niece Teri L. Spangler wife of Brandon; niece Alexis Zanini; nephew Alex Zanini; great nephews Shane, Chase & Mason; and her loving cat Dash.

A Celebration of Donna Lea’s life will be held Friday January 11 from 2 to 4 PM at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 West Market Street Pottsville. The family would prefer donations be made in Donna Lea’s name to the Hillside SPCA 51 SPCA Road Pottsville PA 17901. Please visit schlitzerallenpugh.com to leave a condolence for the Breiner family.
