Donna Elaine Rodgers Pannell, 56, passed away March 25, 2019. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of William “Buddy” and Patricia Vaughan Rodgers of Taylors, she was a registered nurse for Liberty Mutual and a member of Taylors First Baptist Church. Donna was a loving daughter, mother and friend.

She loved life and loved helping people. She volunteered at Taylors First Baptist Church Rec Center and had a passion for the homeless. Donna worked at various hospitals but her passion was working at Shriners Hospital helping children.

Also surviving are a son, Chris Pannell of the home and a sister, Lisa Marie Rodgers of Greenville. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Taylors First Baptist Church Chapel, conducted by Rev. Jerry Long.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at Taylors First Baptist Church Chapel gathering space. The family is at their respective homes. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
