Obituary for Donnie L. Beckman Dateline Jasper, IN Donnie L. Beckman, age 75, of Holland, Indiana, passed away at 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at home. Donnie was born in Dubois, Indiana, on August 31, 1943, to Odillo and Edith (Dekemper) Beckman. He married Ruth Brinksneader on January 25, 1964, in St. Pius Catholic Church in Troy, Indiana.

Donnie worked at OFS for 43 years. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg, Indiana. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, and attending auctions.

Surviving are his wife Ruth Beckman, Holland, IN, two daughters, Shelly (Brian)Borden, Jasper, IN, and Jackie (Tom) Waters, Holland, five grandchildren, Logan and Tyler Borden, Justin, Brittany, and Dylan Waters, two great grandchildren, Thea Briley Borden and Mila Jane Waters, and one sister, Jeanie Cutshall, Dubois, IN. Preceding him in death is one brother, who died in infancy. A private Memorial Mass was held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg, Indiana.
