Obituary for Doris Jean Hall DANTE, VIRGINIA – Doris Jean Hall, 79, died Monday, December 17, 2018 at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon, Virginia. She was born in Dante, Virginia; daughter of the late Boyd and Maggie Hawkins Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mars Hugh Hall; one grandson, Richard Brandon Hall; and two daughter-in-laws, Kaye Worley Hall and Donna Hall.

She is survived by two daughters, Pam Hall of Dante, Virginia and Darlene Castle and husband, Tim of Dante, Virginia; three sons, Richard M. Hall of Dante, Virginia, Randall Hall of Berea, Kentucky, and Ronnie Hall and wife, Becky of Dante, Virginia; one sister, Judy Porter and husband, Harold of Castlewood, Virginia; one brother, Eugene Maxfield and wife, Diane of Castlewood, Virginia; a special friend, Cheryl McKnight; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Doris Jean Hall will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Gilmer Castle officiating.

Committal Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2018 in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia. Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia. On line condolences may be sent to the Hall family through our website and a video tribute may be viewed at www. castlewoodfuneralhome.com.
