Doris Louise (Wilson) Jorgensen, daughter of Arch and Mildred Wilson was born on September 6, 1928. She passed away at the Guthrie County Hospital on February 12, 2019. Doris grew up on a farm in rural Panora, IA.

She attended Victory #6 country school and Panora High School. She married Richard (Dick) Chris Jorgensen on August 10, 1947. To this union two children were born, Richard Chris Jorgensen II of Council Bluffs, IA and Dianne Louise (Jorgensen) Jones of Ankeny, IA.
