Doris (Toy) Jack, 88, of Adrian, died Monday June 11, 2018, at the Chicora Medical Center. She was born Dec. 24, 1929, in Adrian to the late James Melvin and Ora Alma (Stouffer) Toy.

She previously worked at Moonlight Mushroom. Doris was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Adrian, where she was a member of the missionary society. She loved flowers, her garden, and reading.

Survivors include daughter, Diane French and husband Robert, of Ford City, and their children: Steven French (Missy Wolfe), and his daughter Cameron, Michael French and (wife Carla) of Florida, and Daniel French (wife, Jaisa) of Cabot, and their sons Carter and Owen French; son, Robert M. Jack Jr. (wife Roberta) of Adrian and their children: Angela Wolfe (husband, Greg) of Kittanning and their daughters: Sophie and Lucy Wolfe, Allison Volk (husband Josh) of Kittanning and their sons: Harper and Eli Volk, and Miranda Rupp (husband Jeremiah) of Kittanning and their children: Maddox and Crosby Rupp. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Margaret Blanche Hogenmiller, Homer Charles Toy, Denton Melvin Toy, James William Toy, Jack Henry Toy, Ola Catharine Wilklow, Henry Richard Toy, and Edward Lee Toy. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 832 East Brady Road, Cowansville.

Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Doris’ son-in-law, Rev. Robert French, officiating. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington.
