Doris Woodworth May 28, 1920 – March 26, 2019 Doris Marie Woodworth (nee Conrad) a long time resident of Maywood NJ passed away on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at Brookdale Senior Living in Emerson NJ. Born in Brooklyn NY in 1920, she spent many happy summers in Marathon NY with her parents and her late sister Miriam Conrad. Doris graduated from Cortland State Teachers College in 1940.

She married her late husband, Walter in 1942, moved to Maywood NJ in 1948, and is survived by her sons Robert of Teaneck NJ, and Bruce and his wife Bonnie of Modesto CA. She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Andrea Dalo and her husband Vincent of Wappingers Falls NY, Valerie Woodworth of Denville NJ, and Nathaniel Woodworth of Modesto CA, as well as two great grandchildren, Katelyn and Cole Dalo. Known to her family and friends as “Connie”, and as “Beme” to her grandchildren, she was loved by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be attended by family and friends on Saturday March 30th, 11:30am at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. All are invited to meet at the cemetery office.
