Dorothy Ann Davis Sharpe-Gomez, 81, of Kinston passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018, at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Nettie Davis; daughter, Phillipia Whaley; sons, Grayson McCoy and Andrew McCoy. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Lorenzo Gomez; sons, Kelly McCoy and wife Tammy of Rocky Point, Perry McCoy of Cove City and David Gomez; grandchildren, Casey Childers, Alex McCoy, Geoffrey Whaley and Kaela McCoy; great grandchildren, Jaxon McCoy, Kinley McCoy and Jackson Childers.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Garner Funeral Home. Burial will be held following the funeral service at Westview Cemetery.
