OBITUARY Dorothy Helen Sewell August 30, 1922 – November 15, 2018 Dorothy Sewell, of Decatur, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in her home. She was born on August 30, 1922 in Kansas City, Missouri to George and Gertrude Gaba. Dorothy is survived by her three children; Judith Poarch of Watonga, Oklahoma, Janet Curry of Iola, Texas, and Robert Sewell of Bridgeport, Texas, as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Chester Sewell, her husband of 53 years. The visitation will be held from 9 – 10:30 o’clock a.m. on Wednesday, November 21 at Bluebonnet Hills funeral home in Colleyville, Texas. A private family graveside service will be held immediately after in the Garden of Remembrance.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations be made to local food banks and/or homeless shelters.
