She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Larry Edward Frederick, sons, Mark Frederick, Michael Frederick, Matthew Frederick and Robert Frederick; daughters, Debra Westfall (Tony); several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Countryside Funeral Home.
