DOROTHY SWENSON, SUTTER 6/2/1924 – 7/19/2018 Dorothy Kenniston was born in Pittsfield, Maine. She had a brother, Malcolm and a sister, Muriel. After her Mother passed away and she went to live with her Aunt Doris and Uncle Fred in Milwaukie, Oregon.

She graduated from St. Mary’s of the Valley High School. She married Leon Swenson in May of 1943 and lived with in the Los Angeles area. Leon was discharged from the Army in 1945 and then joined her and their first child, Ann followed by Judy, Linda and Debra.

They raised their 4 girls on a farm in rural Oregon City. She has 8 Grandchildren and many Great grandchildren. She was greatly loved by all.

She passed away July 19, 2018 at age 94. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital in her memory.
