OBITUARY Dorothy Mae Bowman July 27, 1924 – December 30, 2018 Dorothy M. Bowman, 94, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018. Graveside Services will be Monday, January 7, 2019, at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park. Dorothy was born on July 27, 1924 in Grant, Nebraska to Charlie C. and Florence A. Williamson Henthorn.

She married Eugene F. Bowman on March 24, 1944 in Aurora, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on May 9, 2002. She loved her yard work, sewing, travelling, playing games and spending time with her grandchildren.

She loved being a member of Sacred Heart Church where she was a member of the Altar Society. She was also preceded in death by her son: William M. Bowman in 1985; grandchild: Allison; and her siblings: Barbara, Jack, Betty, and Donald. Survivors include her daughters: Carol Jean Bowman of Boulder, Colorado, Dotti Polk and husband Tim of Wichita Falls, and Peggy Patterson and husband Ellis of Farmington, Arkansas; grandchildren: Melinda, Nancy, Spencer, Chet, Carol L., Brent, Shawn, and Michael; and numerous great-grandchildren and other relatives.
