She was preceded in death by her husbands Roger Motley and Thurston Persall; son Joseph Motley; parents John Tandy Parker Sr. and Myrtle Summerford Parker; three sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her brother J.T. Parker Jr. Visitation for Ms. Persall will be Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
