Obituary of Dorothy Lindgren Dorothy E. Lindgren died on Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Vancouver. She was 98. Dorothy was a retired housewife.

She was born in LaConnor, Washington, on Oct. 31, 1919. Dorothy was a Camas-Washougal resident for more than 90 years.

Previously, Dorothy was a member of Camas Friends Church, and was recently a member of Camas Church of the Nazarene. She was a former Girl Scout leader and volunteer at the Camas-Washougal Inter-Faith Treasure House store. Dorothy also was an avid stamp collector and loved to crochet and create latchhook rugs.

She was the proud wife of Dean Lindgren, who died in 2010. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Carol Lindgren Burns of DuBois, Pennsylvania, C. Susan Lindgren Furnish of Portland and Connie Lindgren Pavelec of Montgomery, Alabama; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 15, at Camas Church of the Nazarene, 2204 N.E. Birch St., Camas.
