Obituary for Dr. Abraham V. “Bane” Campos Jr Dr. Abraham V. “Bane” Campos Jr., 71, of Waskom, TX passed away October 28, 2018 in Marshall, TX. He was born on November 23, 1946 in Kingsville, TX.

He was a retired teacher from Waskom I.S.D. and a former professor at Wiley University in Marshall, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Petra Campos; nephew, Gabriel Lee Campos; and niece, Godi Lynn Campos. Survivors include one son, Juan Roberto Ovalle of Agua Dulce; three sisters, Elva C. Vela of Bishop, Brigida C. Ruiz of Kingsville, and Sylvia C. (Jesus) Garcia of Kingsville; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sun. , 11-04-2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Rosary was held on Sun.

, 11-04-2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass was held on Mon. , 11-05-2018 at 2:00 p.m.at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
