Dr. Kantilal Shah, age 73, of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2018. He was a dedicated husband and father. Dr. Shah immigrated to the US in 1975 to further his medical school studies.

He completed residency at Harlem Hospital at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. He practiced psychiatry for 28 years at Hudson River Psychiatric Center. He was a member of the American Psychiatric Association and American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.

Dr. Shah is survived by his loving wife, Manisha Shah; children, Amit, Nirav, Ruhi, and Minal; three grandchildren, Anaya, Aanika, and Milan; and countless loving friends and relatives. Funeral services for Dr. Shah will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA.
