Dr. Phillip A. Edwards, 62, of Sidney passed away on December 10, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. He is survived by his wife Vicki L. (Kigar) Edwards of Sidney, along with his three children, Aaron (Kelly) Edwards, Erik (Holly) Edwards, both of Sidney, and Amy (Steve) Frazier of Westerville. Services are to be announced.
