Meyers, age 66, beloved husband of Mary (nee Gabrenya), devoted father of Kristyn and Kourtney, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019. He is also survived by his mother Dorothy (nee Karp), and siblings Donna Tagliaferro, Dennis, Donald, Denise Galloway (Michael), Douglas (Jacqueline) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Donald and brother-in-law Donald Tagliaferro.

Duane was a man of few words, but had a song for every occasion, a one-liner that would become part of the family vernacular and his enthusiasm for karaoke drew everyone to the mic. His love for the Cleveland Browns ran deep and he was sure this is our year for the Super Bowl. Often called the luckiest man alive, Duane knew the exact timing required to win a radio contest, had many aliases to redeem his winnings and loved sharing those experiences with his family and friends.

The memories he made are cherished with his passing. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Zeis-McGreevey Funeral Home, 16105 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107. www.
