She was born June 24, 1985 in San Antonio, TX to Robert G. Farias and Martha (Tobias). Dystany is survived by her brother, Robert Farias Jr and wife Josie; brother, Ruben Farias; brother, Jonathan Farias; maternal grandfather, Frank Tobias Sr; paternal grandmother, Frances G. Farias; step-mom, Arlene G. Farias; niece, Isabelle Farias and nephew, Isaiah Farias.

She is also survived by several aunts and uncles. Dystany is preceded in death by her parents; Robert G. Farias and Martha Tobias; maternal grandmother, Anna Maria Tobias; paternal grandfather, Amador Farias Sr and uncle, Ruben Farias. The visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM, on Friday, April 27, 2018, at Brookehill Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass, on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at St. Joseph South San Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South. Arrangements are with Brookehill Funeral Home.
