OBITUARY Earl Jay Swindlehurst Sr. October 10, 1939 – November 13, 2018 Earl Jay Swindlehurst Sr., age 79, of Dewitt, Michigan passed away on Tuesday November 13, 2018. Earl was born October 10, 1939. He was proceeded in death by his parents Bert and Myrtle Swindlehurst, and a sister Joan Brown.

He is survived by his wife Joann Swindlehurst, and children Earl Jay, and Sheri Swindlehurst. Also, his brother Bob Swindlehurst (Augusta), and several nieces and nephews. He was employed for 30 years at General Motors, and owned his own electrical business.

A celebration of life will be held for Earl on Friday, November 16, 2018 starting at 11:00 a.m. with a one hour prior visitation at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 205 East Washington, DeWitt, MI 48820. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Mid Michigan Hospice Center, and Breslin Cancer Center, or the charity of their choice.
