Eathel’s Obituary Eathel Payton, age 87, of Fisk, MO, died Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Payton was born November 08, 1931 in Malden, MO, daughter of the late Earnest and Agnes Hicks. She was a member of Twin Rivers General Baptist Church.

On August 28, 1971 she married Fred Fritsch. He preceded her in death December 2, 2004. She later marred Melvin L Payton.

He survives. She is also survived by three brothers: Jesse Hicks of Poplar Bluff, James Hicks and Marion Hicks both of Fisk; three sisters: Ruth Ward of Poplar Bluff, Hazel Coleman of Williamsville and Patricia Whitesell of Fisk; one grandson: John Brown of Saint Louis and one granddaughter: Nicole Klin of Evansville, IN. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley, Missouri.
