Obituary for Eddie Anderson Eddie Anderson also known as “Charlie” was born to Charlie Anderson and Allie “MaDear” Motley in Shaw, Mississippi on January 1, 1937. He was a hardworking farmer and tractor driver as a child. At the age of 16, he had his own car.

He was a “self-made” mechanic and loved working on automobiles. He worked almost 20 years at General Motors and worked at DANA Corporation for 10 years and then retired. In 1955, he moved to Milwaukee, WI and married Fannie Williams, and to that union were six children, Lonnie (Rosetta), Larry, Debra, Charles, Tommie, and Shawn.

That marriage dissolved in 1980. On July 23, 1982, he married to Betty Sue Stubblefield in Pontiac, MI and moved to Kansas City, MO and raised three stepchildren. While in Kansas City, MO, he worked at the mechanic shop for several years.

After the death of his stepson, he moved his family to Paris, TN. He leaves to cherish his memories his Siblings: Frances (Willie) Mae Smith, Jackie Anderson, Joe Anderson, Moody Anderson, Lawrence Anderson in Detroit, MI, James Ingram, Ann Ingram in Florida, three siblings preceded in death: Willie Mae Tuneley, Joyce Ingram, Charlie Mae Anderson; his children: Debra (William) Colfie, Tommie Anderson, Shawn Anderson, and one stepson, Deon (Joan) Stubblefield, three children and two stepchildren preceded in death: Lonnie Anderson, Larry Anderson, Charles Anderson, Andre Fletcher, and Latrice Fletcher. A Hosts of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
