OBITUARY Edith Audene Klopfenstein December 18, 1922 – December 12, 2018 Edith Audene Klopfenstein, 95, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has departed this world and was called home on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Edith was born in Nowata, Oklahoma on December 18, 1922 to Guy and Clella Boswell. Edith Married Larry “Bill” Klopfenstein and they were blessed with the birth of Janyth.

She spent most of her career working in education for Oklahoma City Public Schools as well as Central State College. Edith attended The First Baptist Church of Moore. Although Edith could be often found sewing, gardening or playing piano, nothing brought her more joy than the birth of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Edith is preceded in death by her husband Bill Klopfenstein, father Guy Boswell, mother Clella (Taylor) Boswell, sister Roseanna Sanders and her husband Jim, brother Bill Boswell, sister-in-laws Nancy and Mev Boswell. Edith’s memory will be forever cherished by those she leaves behind including her daughter Janyth Brown and husband Wayne, grandson Bryan Bundy and wife Laura, granddaughter Heather Salo and husband Ron, great-grandson Ryan Bundy, great-granddaughter Jordyn Mathews, brother Ed Boswell and sister-in-law Nancy Boswell as well as many family and friends.
