Obituary for Mrs. Edith C. Keresztury Edith Keresztury (nee Savayu) age 82 years of Paulsboro died Monday December 24, 2018 in her home. Mrs. Keresztury was born in Hungary where she worked as an operating room nurse until emigrating to America when she was 22. She married her late husband in 1956; continuing to work as an Au Pair until her sons where born.

Mrs. Keresztury was an active member of the Christadelphian Church of Moorestown. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, crocheting and swimming. She is survived by her sons, Michael and Mary Anne Keresztury of West Deptford, David Keresztury of Paulsboro and several brothers and sisters in Hungary.

Mrs. Keresztury was predeceased by her husband, Alexander J. Keresztury Sr. and her son, Alexander Keresztury Jr. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday December 29, 2018 in the McBride – Foley Funeral Home, 228 W. Broad St., Paulsboro. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Saturday morning after 10 AM until service time. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
