Obituary for Edith Ruth Angle Dale Edith Ruth Dale, 86 passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Cypress Texas, on October 25, 2018. She was born in Scottsboro, Al. on March 18, 1932 to James B. and Myrtle T. Angle.
Ruth had an early career with Southern Bell as an Operator in Birmingham, Al. , later transferring to Houston, Tx. , where she met and married David Dale, the love of her life, on February 22, 1956.
This soon led to a full career as Mother and Homemaker to their four children. They lived in many locations on their 62 year journey together. She was a wonderful mother to their children pursuing her love of gardening by becoming a Master Gardener and being a founder and a President of the Norchester Garden Club.
She also volunteered with the Red Cross and a local hospital. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, her youngest son Charles H. Dale and her three brothers James, Charles and Robert. She is survived by her husband David, sister Nellie Fite and husband Herb, sister-in-law Eilzabeth Angle, daughters Carol Dale and Linda Schibi, son David B. Dale and wife Rhonda.
Her grandchildren Christopher and Heather Schibi and Stephanie, Jennifer and Melissa Dale. Three great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews. and friends.
She left this world a better and more beautiful place. At a later date a private service will be held for her by the family. In lieu of flowers you may make donations to the Arthritis or Alzheimer’s Foundation, or the charity of your choosing.
