Age 96, of Forest Hills, was called home to God on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018. Proceeded in death by his beloved wife of 75 years, Phyllis D. Appleby, loving father to Karen (Rand) Kane of Irwin, Wendy (Mark) Tarletsky of Denver, CO.

, and the late Bruce (Carol) Appleby. Grandfather of Stephen and Zachary Appleby, Beth Woolwine, Holly Edwards, Emily Tarletsky and the late Brad Appleby, also 7 beautiful great-grandchildren, brother-in-law of Marcia Schulze. Edmund was active on session at Forest Hills Pres.

Church for many years, along with his wife, Phyllis. He was a member of Beulah Presbyterian Church at the time of his passing He served as an Air Force Captain in World War II. Friends received WOLFE MEMORIAL LLC, FOREST HILLS CHAPEL, 3604 Greenburg Pike, 412-731-5001, Saturday only December 15, 2018 from noon until time of service at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to VIA Quest Foundation, 610 Park Avenue, Monongahela,PA 15063 (hospice) or the charity of your choice.
