Obituary for Edward Earl Kennedy Edward Earl Kennedy, 68, of Kennewick, Washington passed away on July 7, 2018. He was born in Oroville, California on October 29, 1949 to his parents Bill and Elaine Kennedy. Ed married Carroll Ann on July 21, 1982.

He retired as the Director of Safe Work Environment and Employee Concerns for WRPS. Ed and Carroll have lived in the Tri-Cities for the past 20 years and are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Edwards is survived by his wife, Carroll Ann Kennedy; children, Ammie Lackey, Scott Robberts, Micheal Kennedy, Aaron Robberts, Adam Kennedy; 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and their spouses.

He was preceded in death by, Bill Kennedy, Elaine Kennedy, Joseph Kennedy, Jeff Weiss and Sara Kennedy. His Funeral Service will be held on July 26, 2018 ~ 1:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Center 9353 W. Clearwater Ave. , Kennewick, WA.
