Edward Blysard III, 60, of Houston passed away on March 6, 2019. He was born on December 31, 1958 in Paradise, California to parents, Fred and Emily (Beavens) Blysard. Ed married the love of his life, Aimee Dolney on January 12, 1989 in Houston.

He worked for the Port Terminal Railroad. Ed had a passion for trains, he was a member of Trains Forum and had several stories that were published in Trains Magazine. Those that preceded Ed in death are his parents, Fred and Emily Blysard and his sister, Kathleen Becker.

Left to remember him is his wife Aimee Lea Blysard of Houston; children: Dona Lea Guiterrez, Elizabeth Leigh Blysard, and Morgan Leigh Blysard, all of Houston; sister: Helen Hughes of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandchildren: Summer Rose Blysard, Autumn Rayne Blysard and Skylar May Lynn Edwards; nephews: Phillip Becker, Glen Becker, and Summer Becker Compton; cousin: Gregory Bylsard; as numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will be on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. with the funeral service starting at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Park Funeral Home with Pastor Judi Wilds officiating. Interment will be at Forest Park Lawndale.

Pallbearers are Cory Edwards, Alvaro Vela, Paul Broussard, Shaun Dorris, Stephen Baker, Spence Gaskin, and Jim Johnson.
