Obituary for Edward Hobbs Print Edward Hobbs, son of Ina Letson and Willie Moore, was born April 6, 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from East Tech High School in Cleveland, Ohio, then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he served for 20 years, retiring as a Master Sargent. He then was employed by Toledo Scale.

He was married to Marjorie Keith Hobbs, since 1961 and she survives him. He is also survived by children, Tara, Edward (Beverly), Melanie Hobbs, and Samantha Jones; grand-children, Brian Moody, Keith Hobbs, Ambrosia Trout, Aaniyah Trout, and Appl Jones; Special Nieces Jeannene Hill, Chelsea Hill and other nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws. Family visitation at The House of Day is Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 2 to 4.

Funeral mass will be Monday, February 4, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Parkinson’s Foundation or Our Lady of Lourdes. To send flowers to the family of Edward Hobbs, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
