He was born July 6, 1949 in Amsterdam, New York a son of the late Edward J. and Virginia Piccola Kot, Sr. Skip was a graduate of Corpus Christi High School in Miami, Florida. Mr. Kot was employed by the US Post Office in Amsterdam, New York for several years before retiring.

Survivors include his loving wife, Patricia Skotarczak Kot; daughter Leeann Kot- Harris, Florida; a sister Michelle Tegmeier, Florida and several cousins. At Skip’s request there are no calling hours or services. Please submit online condolences at www.
