McNeil, devoted father of Edward McNeil Jr., Dorothy Jean McNeil, Araminta Johnson, eight grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 23, from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am at Greater Morning Star Apostolic Ministries, 1700 Ritchie Marlboro Road, Largo, Maryland.

Interment Harmony Memorial Park.
