Edward’s Obituary Edward P. Lueck (Rusty) passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Tallahassee, Florida. Rusty was born to Walter and Gladys Lueck on December 6, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines from 1964 -1971 during the Vietnam War.

Following his service, he worked as a Ranking Police Officer in Ohio for several years before moving to Florida. Rusty worked with T.C.I. from 1984-1986 before joining the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in 1986. He served Volusia County as a Deputy Sheriff for 20 years before his retirement in 2006.

Rusty is survived by his loving wife, Gwen, his son Paul, his 2 beautiful grandchildren Nautas and River, and his daughter in law Michelle, which Rusty loved like his own. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and a helping hand to his many friends. He will always remain in our hearts and our memories.
