OBITUARY Edward R Drozd December 5, 1930 – October 10, 2018 Loving father of Laura Sutton; proud grandfather of Lizzie (Jeremiah) Sutton; cherished brother of Chester Drozd; fond uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Preceded in death by his wife, the late Elizabeth Drozd, and his siblings, the late Stanley (the late Clara) Drozd, the late Leonard (the late Clara) Drozd, the late Joseph (the late Mary) Drozd, the late Irene Suhs, and the late Lillian (the late Frank) Gezik. Edward was a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War on the USS Shangri-la.

He was a former lithographer for Prairie Farmer Magazine for over 30 years. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22nd, at 9:00am from Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 West Archer Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60638, to St. Symphorosa Catholic Church for funeral mass at 9:30am. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
