Eileen T. Kakol, (Kopczynski) age 90, of Penn Twp passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. She was born on November 30, 1927 in Polish Hill and was the daughter of the late Stanislaus and Felicia (Plucharski) Kopczynski. Eileen was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Parish, St. Barbara Ladies Guild and the Young at Heart.

Eileen is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Kakol of Penn Twp. , a son, Stephen (Jennifer) Kakol of Penn Twp. , four grandchildren, Andrew Kakol, Nicole (Justin) White, Isabella and Anna Bates; and three great grandchildren, Chloe, Damien, & Lucy.

Eileen is predeceased by her husband, Joseph and nine siblings, Charles, Alphonse, & Henry, Jennie Harenski, Sally Hroncich, Wanda Bugay, Sophie Cavasina, Pearl Bonk, and Eleanor Olszewski. Friends will be received Saturday 4-6 PM and Sunday 2-6 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City (724-744-2721). A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, 11 AM at St. Barbara Catholic Church, Harrison City, with Father Michael Sikon officiating.

Private interment at St. Augustine Cemetery, Shaler Twp. Young at Heart Service Saturday, 5:30 PM. Vigil service Sunday, 5:30 PM.
